Two chilled halves, one sealed cavity.
Opposing hydraulic-pneumatic cylinders drive two milled aluminum blocks together at 1,250 PSI over a vertical fill port. Steel alignment dowels lock the parting seam so molten wax cannot escape.

Drop in a coin and watch the schematic blueprint come to life in 3D. Choose a classic souvenir die, toggle X-ray or exploded views, click any internal assembly to swoop the camera in close, and hear every hydraulic clamp, air blast, and chute drop.
STAGE 01 · Stand by
Below the stainless deck, electric heating bands keep a pressurized tank of polyethylene plastic molten at 350°F. Above, two chilled aluminum mold halves wait apart inside the clear display dome.
Hidden inside the lower cabinet, electric heating bands keep low-density polyethylene wax in a honey-like liquid state. Pneumatic pressure forces it up the riser tube on every cycle.
Click any glowing callout pin or 3D part to swoop in and inspect it. Drag to orbit freely.
INSIDE THE 20-SECOND CYCLE
Opposing hydraulic-pneumatic cylinders drive two milled aluminum blocks together at 1,250 PSI over a vertical fill port. Steel alignment dowels lock the parting seam so molten wax cannot escape.
Below the deck, electric heater bands keep polyethylene molten at 350°F. Air pressure forces it upward into the die, chilled glycol freezes a 1/8-inch outer skin, and compressed air blows the liquid center back down into the tank.
Once the shell solidifies, the cylinders retract the mold halves. A mechanical stripper arm sweeps across the deck, knocking the glossy souvenir off the nozzle post and down the gravity chute into the tray.
